Sourcing (Fabric & Trim)

After factory selection, the process begins when we prepare fabric as per Technical Pack requirements.  We select and source raw materials and components from suppliers for the best quality & price.  Every season we identify new trends, fabric and treatments to obtain desired garment finish.  When existing fabric is not satisfactory our staff has the expertise to help you create your own specialty fabrics.  We'll then present lab dips and sample yardage runs for fabric testing and customer approval.

Sampling

After fabric approval our factory CMT (Cut, Make & Trim) team develop pattern, review spec. package, bill of materials and grade rules.  We will then develop prototype samples and fit samples.  Logo labels or care & content labels, trims, accessories, etc. can be handled in-house or co-ordinated with customer approved vendors.  We take great care and attention in developing

samples to meet tech. pack requirements and delivery time.

Costing Calculations

We strive to provide competitive pricing through creative supply chain solutions on sourcing, logistics and manufacturing (type of fabric / trims used, garment testing, factory margins & value added services - printing, embroidery, washing, applique, etc.).  We review costing calculations along with merchandisers and factory management to minimize costs without affecting quality .
